Over the years, percussion has been placed as something without priority, less and less present on stages, or having its potential reduced, replaced by electronic devices that may help with logistics but are not the same thing. Why logistics started to be more important than music? 

We are here to change this conception! 

The Brazilian Groove Sessions is based on showing the full potential of the drum and Percussions, in the rhythmic and melodic field too, putting them in its deserved place as a pioneer of communication, on top! 

Beginning the night, Renatrix comes back to the scene with her classics and rare tracks from Northeast Brazil - and those who influenced and are influenced by them from all over the world. "Tudo que vive nessa terra pra essa terra é alimento". Music to listen or dance. Or both. Above all: FUN.

Hosted by Aduni Guedes and Juca Jr., Percussionists of Northeastern Brazil, the House Band (Dylan Hunterchee, Alex Oliveira) will first present with special guests of the night - Kechou and Paulo Cedraz - and then the session is open to the musicians join us with our Brazilian percussive flavor. 

And of course, a lot more of northeast-brazilian Music with Renatrix to gold-key closure!
